• Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
• Organize/ attend meetings/prepare manager well for meetings
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and other staff writing reports, company brochures and similar documents
• Assisting with promotional activities
• Visiting customers/external agencies
